| In order to expand utilization of Chinese fir and bamboo resources, the thesis develop moso bamboo and Chinese fir composite materials based on the characteristics of moso bamboo and Chinese fir, the composite material have higher strength and lower weight. The objective is to choose the appropriate adhesive, decide the glue technology, to explore the reason of adhesion basically according to the theory analysis and the experimental data. Expect the result could lay the foundation for further research.For studying the wettability of adhesives and water on the surfaces of moso bamboo and Chinese fir, the thesis emphasize on the influence of water and adhesive contact angles with different surface roughness. The results indicated that water contact angle is decreased and wettability increased with the increase of surface roughness. The contact angle of adhesive 1988/1993 decreased with the different ratio of water in adhesive that is much bigger without water. The results also indicated that the properties of the moso bamboo and Chinese fir composite board is improved with increase of water content in the adhesive 1988/1993.The gluing experiment used three adhesives to study the gluing technology and composity properties, they were conducted to investigate the effects of various factors (pressing time, pressing temperature, thickness of moso bamboo and surface roughness of bamboo and wood piece, etc.) and their levels involve in the gluing technology of moso bamboo and Chinese fir composite material. It was founded that the influence of pressing time and temperature are so limited that could be ignored, the influence of the thickness of the moso bamboo and the surface roughness of bamboo and wood piece is much bigger. In the final select the water resist adhesive 1988/1993, the optimizing glue technology had been obtained through research and experiments. The main parameters were: the thickness of moso bamboo is 3mm and Chinese fir is 24mm, the surface roughness of bamboo and wood piece is sanding with granularity 100╬sanding paper, the pressure is 1MPa, the pressing time is 20 minutes and the pressing temperature is normal. |
