A set of machine using in strengthening the copper strip in the continuous extrusion process is developed in this paper. The copper strip is the essential conductive material in the electric product such as the electric machinery, transformer winding and other electric equipment. But the copper strips made by continuous extruding are soft and the anti- bending property is low. In order to enhance the intensity of the copper strip, the intellectualized copper strip strengthening machine was designed in this paper.Two primary factors obtained in this paper which determined the deformation of the stretch-bending copper strip: the force of stretch and the bending-deformation, and then designed the control system that composed by computer and PLC. We can get the corresponding result after inputting the dimension of the copper strip in the operation interface of communication, PLC assigned the quantity of fluctuation, and the machine will complete the operation. The machine is not only enhanced the precision of the strengthening copper, but also facilitated the operation.
