Organization Design And Movement Emulation Of All Position Deep Hole Tubesheet Welding Equipment

To join heat interchanger tube and tube sheet used in petrochemicals and boiler furnace manufacture, specially used in heat exchanging tube in air cooler, special pipe soldering gun has been developed by national and international welding equipment corporations. But few soldering guns can be successfully used at present, specially the study of automatic deeply recessed-drawn tube-to-tubesheet welding equipment with wire feeding should be still done.This research is to design a special welding equipment applied for welding tube sheet and heat exchanging tube which protrudes 5mm from tube sheet in the condition of deep hole. The equipment can realize tube-to-tubesheet all position automatic welding and can automatically fill wire.The soldering gun applied for deeply recessed-drawn tube-to-tubesheet welding in the condition of tube protruding 5mm from tube sheet was designed. The modulating and circumrotating organization used in soldering gun was designed. Meanwhile, the wire feeding organization was also designed. Based on the pro/E software, all organizations were modeled. The movement of welding machine was emulated through ADAMS software in order to prove the feasibility of the products.The deeply recessed-drawn tube-to-tubesheet welding equipment studied in this thesis is air cooler deeply recessed-drawn tube-to-tubesheet all position TIG welding equipment, the feasibility of the organization was proved through calculation and kinetics analysis, so the automatic welding equipment can be used in petrochemicals and boiler furnace manufacture when tube-to-tubesheet is welded. Meanwhile, this thesis is a good reference for the equipment widely used in industries.
