The Study On Analysis Method Of LCI Data Quality System

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a technology of assessing materials'harmony with environment. Acquirement of the data and the data quality is the major problem of LCA nowadays. LCI (Life cycle inventory) is the major stage of collecting the basic data, fixing the data and analyzing the data quality, so it is important that we do the research of analysis method in LCI data quality system both in theory and practice.This paper which is under the guidance of GB24041 framework is based on the production data set of major iron and steel enterprises of China in the database, concentrating on the statistic treatment of the data set, sensitivity analysis and uncertainty analysis. We focus on discussing the method of which calculate through the similar technical units replacing the missing data by using the simple model. This paper firstly describes the procedure of the data acquirement with the analysis of the major environmental load of each working procedure in iron production; complementing the normal technical index so as to be analyzed; using different statistics methods under different situations to obtain the estimates of emission coefficient by the same techniques and the imputation result under simple model. Finally, we do the research of the sensitivity and the uncertainty analysis of the typical enterprise.This paper explores the analysis method of LCI data quality system to find the problem. From the research: the data quality assurance acquires that from collecting and accounting of the data procedure to know the process of obtaining the data and correlated specialty knowledge; after gathering the data, we can gain the result quickly using simple model to instead of missing values, but the fitness of data and model should be analyzed and the statistics result also need to be analyzed; sensitivity and uncertainty analysis are need to be processed to account the influence of the data quality to LCI result.This paper has a remarked elicitation to assess the materials'environmental harmony using LCA. Moreover, this paper can offer some experiences for LCI data quality system research.
