Investigation Of The Ageing Process On HZL114A Alloys

HZL114A alloys are widely used in aviation and spaceflight and military industry because of their favourable combinations of strength, ease of casting processes and good resistance to corrosion and fatigue characteristic. It is necessary to do heat treatment in order to improve usable processes and fully give play to material potency. The processes of heat treatment include solution heat treatment and ageing heat treatment. Making the processes of heat treatment is primarily according to typical time-temperature transformation diagram. The reports on typical time-temperature transformation diagram of HZL114A alloys aren' t still found by far. By using the optic microscope and the thermal analysis and SEM and the hardness apparatus, the changes of metallography and organization and hardness are researched in every stage during processes of HZL114A alloys in the article.
