Finding out the temperature distributing of the zymotic fluid in the beer fermentation tank, is the groundwork to optimize the controlling of the beer ferment process, and is also very important in the temperature control of the beer tank. This paper describes the heat-transfer mechanism of the zymotic fluid which is in the cone-shaped beer fermentation tank. It simulates the velocity field and the temperature field of the zymotic fluid using the two methods of VF programming and software calculation. It also analyzes the flowage of the fluid in the beer tank in different time, and compares it to the measuring result. The major research findings of my work are as follows:The author designs and builds an experiment table of the minitype beer fermentation tank and the coolant system. The paper will introduce the process of building the experiment table, the establishment of the parameter measure system and the temperature measure and control system. The author measures the imports and exports parameters of the beer tank jacket and the temperature of each point for measuring temperature in-tank during the cooling process, which will afford enough data samples for the research of the beer tank heat-transfer mechanism.Aim at the cone-shaped beer tank, the author builds up the physical model of two-dimension unsteady natural-convection heat transfer in the closed chamber, and...
