We got the conclusion as follows through the simulation in lab and development in natural environment to study the environmental factors, mechanizations and rules that influence the water hyacinth's growth.① As the TP concentration was ascertained, the water hyacinth's growth rate had a curve relationship with the ammonia nitrogen in the water. The transition point of the curve would increase with the increase of TP in water. When ammonia nitrogen concentration was ascertain, its growth rate would increase with the increase of TP concentration in water, but the change of water hyacinth's growth rate was mainly controlled by the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in water. When the water had comparing nitrogen or phosphorus, the water hyacinth still grew. TP concentration wasn't the limitation factor of its growth in the natural environment. The additional ammonia nitrogen concentration would inhibit water hyacinth's growth,.② The growth of water hyacinth and pH in water impacted each other. It was the feasible environment for its growth in pH 6-9.③ The water hyacinth's growth would result in the increase of conductivity in water. Under 1500 μs/cm would be fit for the growth of water hyacinth..④ The photosynthetic rate of water hyacinth (An) relates with effective radiation rate (PAR). Its transpiration rate (Tr.), pore of leaf's close rate (Cond.) and PAR have the positive relationship with each other.⑤ In the same condition, the absorb characterization of the root of water hyacinth and pistia stratiotes will increase with the decrease of nitrogen and phosphorus. The content of chlorophyll, the flexibility of light and the photosynthetic rate of the water hyacinth were more than pistia stratiotes. Water hyacinth adapted better than pistia stratiotes.⑥ We must insist on the rules of "mainly depending on the preventing, combining conduction and control". We also need to have the sense to conduct the whole drainage area generally in order to conduct water hyacinth and pistia stratiotes.
