Chemical information is a subject on computer, mathematics and statistics analysis technology. The association of chemical information with spectrum technique makes spectrum analysis come into a new era, and it is a future method of modern spectrum analysis technique. In this study, the method of simultaneous multi-component quantitative determination was proposed using iteration optimization—UV-Spectrophotometry , which is combined chemical information with UV-spectrophotometry. And the technique analyses quantificationally the system in which the concentration of every component is close to each other and compound spectras are overlapped badlyThe method treats the absorptivity coefficient and component concentration of solutions as independent variables at the same time .Then it sets up a constrained optimization model to solve it by generalized reduced gradient using the information of continuous wavelength of good additivity .According to the optimization model, the analysis result c1i can be obtained from the value of initial standard concentration c0 i.It seems easy and feasible, but to the compound system in which the concentration of every component is not close to each other, relative error of quantitative result is so big that it can not meet the needs of quantitative analysis. Basing on this , the study advances the method of continuous wavelength iteration optimization—UV-Spectrophotometry. The method imports the idea of iteration. This analysis result c1i replaces the assumed initial concentration c0 i to predict right along, reiteration just like this until convergence. Because the first optimization result is similar to the solution concentration to be tested, relative error is depressed with the iteration going on. Moreover, the last result is not obtained only one...
