This paper consists of four parts. In the First part.the investigation on all kinds of organisms which is being used in the treatment of oilfield-produced wastewater from Zhuangxi oilfield is introduced; In the second part of this paper the Dynamics research on treatment of the oilfield-produced wastewater from Zhuangxi crude oil and water treatment station by using Oxidation-pond technology is carried out;the third part introduces the mathematics model which is built for the design of Zhuangxi Oxidation-pond;in the forth part of this paper I evaluates the working mechanism concerning the treatment of the oilfield-produced wastewater by applying the technology of Oxidation-pond.In our country it is the first field application that Oxidation-pond system is being used in the treatment of oilfield-produced wastewater in Zhuangxi oil production plant under Shengli oilfield Ltd. After the system has been running a long period. Through observation all kinds of technical criterias can meet the expection and treated water quality can also meet the correlative national standard as a whole. As a result, the field application of the Oxidation-pond system breaks a new path to the technology of oilfield-produced wastewater treatment with high mineral content.With respect to the practice and principle as well as design of freshwater Oxidation-pond system.there has been many systemic experience and analysis and research and summarize at home and overseas. However, There has no public report concerning the Oxidation-pond so far. Therefor it is absolutely necessary for us to research and summarize the process of the oilfield-production wastewater treatment with high mineral content (oilfield-production wastewater can be as high as thousands or millions of mineral)and the mathematics model. Which can prompt the increasingly improvement of this technology and can be applied to field application as soon as possible.Apart from some traditional routine field check and measure.some simulation... |
