Safety Management Method Research In Coalmine

Safety is the ultimate guarantee of mining industry's stable, persistent, and fast developing, and safety is of great importance in coalmines. However, coalmine accidents do occur frequently recent years, it has always been a thorny problem to our country's administration of coalmine safety work. In order to illuminate the occurrence mechanism of coalmine accident, and to provide guidance for the administration of coalmine safety accident, this paper analyze the causation of our country's coalmine accidents and the role which man plays in safety production based on the accident-causing theory and the real condition of coalmine accident in our country, and finally proposes the man's safety behavior controlling method.The paper uses literature research method, qualitative analysis research method, visiting and chatting method. It analyzes the problems existing in our country's safety production sufficiently, investigates the internal and overseas present actuality of safety management, introduces what is accident particularly, and makes a systematic review and research on the accident-causing theories. The paper analyzes the role man plays in accidents, researches man's behavior and the causations inducing man's unsafe behaviors including man's physiology and psychology factors and the relating psychology characters and the influence of environment based on analyzing and comparing the accident-causing theories. And also, the paper points that the root of man's mistakes is some weakness of man's physiology and psychology, and proposes the man's safety behavior controlling method, it includes three aspects, namely, engineering technology training, safety education training and inspiriting. We can strengthen the management of people from these three aspects, and it is really a reasonable and efficient method.
