It is important to control cupola charging In the Casting procedure. The traditional charging methods is not adaptable for requirement of market and society. In order to win the competition, occupy market and for the sake of persistent development, the industries have to change traditional manufacturing means. Introducing CAD techniques and in-formation technology into casting procedure correspond with the current. According to the demand of developing ,the Cupola Charging and resource integration system , Principle of least-cost charging and key technologies which has been used in the system are discussed in details.The main content and products in this paper are described as follows:1.The principle of linear programming has been introduced to casting procedure and mathematical model for Cupola Charging is built also. At last, the least cost is worked out through scientific computation.2.According to the characteristics of web-based charging,the key important is discussed. Considering the requirement of system, the implementation of the web-based charging system is detailedly analyzed. And three-tied B/S structure based on web is selected.
