The groundwater is the main source of the life and industry water, but as a result of ineffective management and monitoring to the groundwater environmental and the excessive mining, which resulted in the water decrease even surface subsidence as well as the man-made pollution which causes the water quality to drop, all of which seriously have affected the daily production life. In order to enhance the efficiency and precision of the groundwater environmental monitoring and management, it is urgent to establish groundwater environmental monitoring information system.This research utilize information science, the systems science and the spatial analysis theory and the method, take the groundwater environmental monitoring information database as the foundation, the groundwater environment quality appraisal model system for the strut, the modernization information technology—GIS technology as the means; the research has developed the groundwater environmental monitoring information system in Daqing city, which mainly includes:(1) Based on Access and the ArcSDE technology, the system has established the groundwater environmental monitoring information system database including attribute database, GIS database and management database. The attribute database is used to save all kinds of hydrogeology form data; the GIS storeroom is mainly used to save the GIS data, and management database is mainly used to save the users'information and the users'logs. The three-subdatabase is not isolated but related, which are united in Access database physically.(2) Using the Single Factor Index Appraisal Method, the Composite Index Appraisal Method, the Fuzzy Mathematical Comprehensive Evaluation Method, the Analytic Hierarchy Evaluation Process, the system has established the groundwater environmental quality evaluation model, and was seamless integrated in GIS platform in a implanted way.(3) Based on GIS, the system utilizes the method of Triangle Grid Isoline , selects the Krige and the Reverse Distance of Weighting for...
