With the development of society and hi-tech together with the increase of population, the negative effect of human interference to nature is very obvious, and ecological degeneration is more and more serious, which has become a common problem of environment all over the world. Therefore, the restoration and rebuilding of ecosystem is the demanding of human's survivorship and sustainable development.Soil and plant are two main factors of affecting Karst ecosystem in mid-Guizhou region. This paper analyzes the change characteristics of the two main factors in the course of ecological degeneration. On the basis of analysis, this paper establishes the basic succession model of soil and vegetation in the course of Karst ecosystem degeneration. Meanwhile, this paper also analyzes the relationship between the major parameter in the main factors of soil and vegetation and the course of Karst ecological degeneration. Then the paper draws the conclusion that to the ecological degeneration of Karst, pH value of soil is the steadiest and closest factor, and thickness of soil layer and content of entire Potassium are the steadiest and most distant factors. Finally, according to the characteristics of Karst ecosystem in each phase of succession, the paper puts forward some advice on boosting Karst ecosystem for positive succession .The research results will provide a scientific basis for some relational- departments to make the restoration and rebuilding of Karst ecosystem., and also provides a scientific theory foundation not only for harmonizing the development of ecology, economy and society, but also for realizing sustainable development of environmental protection strategy.
