It is the important process to extract and refine vanillin in the production of vanillin.The thesis aims at craftwork's route extracting and making with extra care refine by solvent extraction's means to extract vanillin. I test and research extract solvent and dominating craftwork's parameter, studying extract time extract compare , extract temperature and extract times to extract effect. I confirm primary and secondary influencing factors by vertical experiment, exploring effective extract solvent and confirming optimal craftwork's route.The thesis explore extract kinetics and extract mechanism for extracting vanillin with mixed mellow (butanol:propanol,volume ratio is 7:3) fundamentally, confirming extract velocity equation and reaction series. I study effect of the stirring speed, interface area and vanillin content on extract rate by experiment and calculate the reaction activation energy. I offer theory base for the choice and control of producing process's technics condition.
