Synthetic flavor is an important constitute part of flavor industry. Because its quality and price are steady and its production is not limited to climate, environment and other area conditions. Synthetic flavor has became one basic raw material of the prepared essence. Synthetic flavor is an important competitive production of all kinds of the world's flavor company. At present, in the edible essence, vanillin compound has become one of the products which is used in the biggest quantity, but its price is higher than other product. So the whole world pay much attention to the research of the compound of vanillin's series.There are some problems to await to settle in the traditional produce craftwork of vanillin for instance high cost, low yield, the complex craftwork and serious waste pollution etc. So to empolder the ideal and new craftwork route is the urgent and potential task in produce of vanillin. It is the important process to extract and refine vanillin in the production of vanillin.The thesis aims at craftwork's route extracting and making with extra care refine by solvent extraction's means to extract vanillin. I test and research extract solvent and dominating craftwork's parameter, studying extract time extract compare , extract temperature and extract times to extract effect. I confirm primary and secondary influencing factors by vertical experiment, exploring effective extract solvent and confirming optimal craftwork's route.The thesis explore extract kinetics and extract mechanism for extracting vanillin with mixed mellow (butanol:propanol,volume ratio is 7:3) fundamentally, confirming extract velocity equation and reaction series. I study effect of the stirring speed, interface area and vanillin content on extract rate by experiment and calculate the reaction activation energy. I offer theory base for the choice and control of producing process's technics condition.
