The paper by summarizing that nutritional conditions and regulations of synthesizinglignin peroxidase (Lip) from the decay fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium, of ligninperoxidase; and that it's recent advances and prospect of usage in fields; it was based onfurtherdiscussedThe paper investigated the effect of nutrient conditions and regulations for synthesizinglignin peroxidase (Lip) from the decay fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium, of ligninperoxidase in either C-limited static or N-limited shaking without adding Veratryl alcoholcultures.The resulte showed that the optimal nutritional conditions and regulations canenhance Lip activity.Under N-limited shaking conditions, initial value 4.5, temperature 37℃,Benzyl alcohol 6.0mM, the rotational speed of 175rpm for 48h,then temperature droppedto30℃and100rpm,the Lip activityis higher thanother conditions ,the Lipactivityis 653U/Lin the forth days. Different C resource and different concentration have different influence toenhance Lip activity; Benzyl alcohol 6.0mM and the unrefined Veratryl alcohol extractedfromfreshgrapepeelbyorganicsolventcanenhanceLipactivityto1000U/L;immobilizationpolyurethane foams culturing Phanerochaete chrysosporium and using the way of DNS tostudy protein concentration, reducing sugar synthesize Lip influence to research thecircumstance of producing Lip, The resulte showed that theyhave large influence to enhanceactivity; It will be pure into petroleum to test degrading in optimal culture conditions, it'sdegradationis28%.
