Study On The Adsorption Of CS₂ With Activated Carbon And Regeneration Of Activated Carbon By Microwave

Carbon bisulfide apply widely in the industry. In recent years, the means of adsorption is perfecting continuously in dispose low concentration CS₂. But the research of microwave desorption has being pop's research in the area of adsorption.By comparing and demonstrating, this paper adopt activated carbon as sorbent, carbon bisulfide as the research object, nitrogen as carrier, microwave as the measure of regeneration to test study.This paper make out the permeation curve about time and concentration by measure the outflow concentration of carbon bisulfide in adsorption test.so we can indirect understand the complexion that the active carbon adsorb carbon bisulfide in the columniation.By the permeation curve, this paper have analysed the characteristic of double-active carbon, and have researched the influence of changing concentration and flux to the active carbon's adsorption capability by quantify.Research indicating: in the same condition, the adsorption quantum of the test active carbon I is more relative to tother, and the condition 1(the quality concentration of CS₂ is 24g/m³, the gas flux is 1.2 m³ /h) is propitious to the adsorption than the condition 2, In the condition 1, the permeate time is about 30min, the adsorption quantum is about 0.021gCS₂/gAC. By comparing with other correlative permeation curve which has researched, the permeation curve of this paper has a litte lag, and the curve has a little fluctuate, it is resulted by the experiment operation and the quomodo of sampling. From the whole permeation curve and test data we understand that the activated carbon which this test use has some adsorption capacity, and the test has enough reliability and stability.Desorption test investigate the influence of the test condition to activated carbon adsorption test, Seeing about the influence factor of the microwave power, the calefaction time of microwave, the flow velocity of carry gas.and bring forward the optimal operation condition to the test.Conclusion indicate: the wasting rate of the test active carbon increase along with the time of the microwave pyrogenation rising.But it will keep in a low level after some time, the desorption peak value come forth at the time area that the test started between 15S and 35S, and the desorption peak value locate between 50% and 85%.
