Mirco Electricl Discharge Machining(MEDM) is used widely in the sophisticated industry technology field,such as the field of Precision machinery project,the Miniature machinery,the Micro electron technology,the Biology medicine project and the Aerospace and so on. This thesis is based on the theory of Wire Electrical pulse generator and the achievement in the practice,and that applying the high frequency switch technology to research a kind of Mirco-energy pulse generator which can used widely in the Metal parts Micro machining,especially in the field that the normal ways can't be completed ,such as the processing in the narrow and small space.The power source includes three groups of output which are 5V,10V and 120V. Among them,the 5V and the 10v are manily provided for the control circuit, 120V is provided for the MEDM. Because of the high frequency and the micro energy of the pulse,the power source adopt the count chip of 8254 , the A/D chip and the SCM to generate the high frequency pulse and to control it by the programming ways.It gives an assurance that the precision and the adjustment of the pulse are well,furthermore,it provides the convinence for the next process. Based on the current sources designed, the pulse generator for MEDM is built. The correctness of the designing method and the topology have been verified by experiment.
