| Membrane Bioreactor(MBR) is a new style and high efficiency technologh of wastewater treatment , which has a perfect applying prospective in wastewater treatment and reclamation. Based on the present analysis of membrane and biological technology, this article develop a new style of MBR—Membrane Aerated suspend Bioreactor(MBASR).The synthetic experiments on MBASR were done, including the process condition , membrane fouling mechanism and kinetics study.The study show that MBASR is good in wastewater treatment and resist pollution. It's outflow can reach the standard of the middling water reclamation. The main influencing factors of MBASR are the influent organic concentration , the ratio of gas to liquid and hydraulic retention time in turn, for MBASR process are determined, under The optimal technological conditions (COD_i<300mg/L, HRT=9.6h,G: L=15: 1) the average removal of COD , SS and NH3-N are 95%, 100% and 89% respectively. All these show the obvious superiority of MBASR voer the Active Sludge Process and common Membrane Bioreactor . Furthermore, Under the optimal technological conditions, through it's react kinetics the experiments gained the formula of the sluge concentration :The analysis of membrane fouling show that the the resistance of All membrane module consist of three parts: the natural resistance, the membrane fouling resistance and the concentration polarization resistance. The experiment results show that the total resistance of number 1 , number 2 membrane module are 2.18×1012m-1 , 2.52×1012m-lrespectively, and the membrane fouling resistance account for 54.21%, 51.6% respectively. At the same time, the test researched several membrane cleaning methods after pollution. |
