Nano-inorganic filler has unique modified effect and wide application foreground in rubber-base compounding materials. The paper produces nano-ZnO/NR, nano-ZnO/SBR, nano-CaCO3/NR and nano-CaCO3/SBR by mechanical compounding. Studying the effect of different fillers quantity of nano-ZnO and nano-CaCO3 to processability, vulcanization, mechanical property, anti-thermal oxidation and anti-vultraviolet, and comparing the difference with common fillers. According SEM to observe the distribution of nano-fillers in rubber, observe the processability and dynamic mechanical property of nano-fillers in rubber by RPA, observe the anti-thermal oxidation and anti-vultraviolet of nano-fillers in rubber by TG and stress relaxation.The results indicate that: the surface treated nano-ZnO and nano-CaCO3 can distribute well in NR and SBR, the particle size is around 100nm.Nano-ZnO and nano-CaCO3 can improve the anti-thermal oxidation of the compounding materials. By aging 100℃x48h, the conservation rate of tensile strength of nano-ZnO/NR and nano-ZnO/NR are separetely 90.64% and 86.7%, increasing separately 10% and 15% more than common ZnO, the...
