| This thesis aims at resolving the problem of refining chemistry, wastewater reuse and utilization of activated sludge of Daqing Branch-company of Blue-star Petroleum Co. Ltd. Then the working focused on these three different fields of waste water treatment。With the improvement in oil processing depth and capacity of Daqing Branch-company of Blue-star Petroleum Co. Ltd, the volume of discharged waste water increases continuously and the original equipment "old three sets" can no longer meet with the production, which cause the water quality become worse。 So the technical modifications should be made according to the conditions of Waste Water Treatment Plant。Research on the water treatment technology for wastewater of oil refining-chemical reusing in circulating cooling water systemAimed at the oil wastewater of the second treatment stage, this thesis studies a new technology of treatment and reuse of oiled wastewater。 The research on the deep treatment of refining wastewater at second stage shows that the discharged water is up to the quality standard of circular water system。After the third staged biology waste water treatment, effects of Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Cl- and SO42- with different density on bacteria growth and bactericidal performance when wastewater is reused as circulating cooling water is studied。Study at the bacteria number controlling in simulation experiment when the wastewater of refining-chemistry is reused in circulating cooling system after the third stage biology treatment。 The result showed that general bactericide meets the needs of controlling bacteria。Analysis on current treatment and utilization of sludge in ChinaToday, with the rapid growth of population and great development of economy, the natural resources in the world are consumed quickly and the technology of waste reuse get more attention in many countries。 The lack of natural resources in China is so serious that the research of resources reuse appears more important。... |
