The spectrometry of fluorescence resonance energy transfer is a kind of molecule emission spectrum analysises which is sensitive, well-selecting and convenient. It has been developed fastly in recent years. In this paper, new fluorescence probes were founded, which were composed by fluorescence donor and acceptor. It was applied in the detection of the toxic materials in the food, which made this method of analysis to use widely and also much contribution to the food analysis. The rule of the effect of anionic surfactant sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) on fluorescence resonance energy transfer was studied theoretically. In the medium of SDS, the rule of the fluorescence resonance energy transfer of four important systems—acridine orange (AO)-safranine T(ST),Calcein-phenose franine(PF),dicholofluorecein (DCF)- Rhodamine B(RhB) and Calcein-ST, were studied. The result showed that the effects of fluorescence resonance energy transfer of the four systems were unapparent without the SDS. When adding the SDS to the colloid concentration, the efficiency of fluorescence resonance energy transfer reached the maximum. And the working ways of the different quantitive SDS with the dye were conjectured.Based on the phenomenon of energy transfer of the AO and the ST, we found that both of the AO and ST's fluorescence intensities apparently fell down when adding the nitrite into the energy transfer system, and the nitrite quantity added has a good...
