Cucurbit[n]urils, one of the new family of cage mecrocyclic compounds, which have a. hydrophobic pocket and a couple of hydrophilic ports. For its especial structure, it can be interacted with organic compound whichever polar or nonpolar to be host-guest complex, and ion of inorganic compound is also possibly, too. It can be interacted with gueats which have different sizes because of the different sizes of the pocket and ports of the ucurbituril. Moreover, the strong chemical stability of cucurbiturils makes it useable in many much hardly environment of medium and condition. So, it is attracted widely attention which the cucurbiturils have been by the researcher all of the world. In that research fields of host-guest chemistry, superamolecular chemistry, environmental chemistry, catalysis, material chemistry and biochemistry, and so on.In this thesis, the author selects 2,2'-bipyridine, phenanthroline isomers and derivatives, and three kinds of flavonoids as the title guests, And studies by using 1H NMR technique, fluorescence spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy in details to deep research on the interaction mechanism. And discuss the factors of influencing of host-guest interaction. The cucurbit[6~8]urils can form host-guest complexes with 2,2'-dipyridine. And Q[6] forms a 1:1 complex with 2,2'-dipyridine. Formation constant of Kf is 1.5×l0~4L/mol. And formation constant of Kf is 1.3×l0~3L/mol of 2,2'-dipyridine forms a 1:1 complex with Q[7]. Q[8] forms a 1:2 complex with 2,2'-dipyridine. Formation constant of Kf is 3.9×10~8L/mol.There are different interaction modes for different phenanthroline isomers and derivatives complexed with cucurbit[7]uril. 1,10-phenanthroline and 1,7-phenanthroline forms a 2:1 complex with Q[7]. 4,7- phenanthroline, 4,7-dimethy1,10-phenanthroline and 3,4,7,8-tetramethyl,10-phenanthroline forms a 1:1 complex with Q[7] which were included by Q[7] entirely or partly. Formation constant of Kf is 9.6×10~3L/mol, 2.0×10~3L/mol and 4.0×10~4L/mol.Interaction modes are not similarly for different kinds of cucurbiturils complexed with three kinds of Flavonoids. Formation constants of Kf are 3.0×10~2L/mol and 45L/mol of Quercetin forms a 1:1 complex with Q[6] and Q[7]. Formation constant of Kf is 2.0×10~2L/mol of Morin forms a 1:1 complex with Q[6]. The system of Q[7]-Morin has only weak...
