| In the machining process, because of the pollution of cutting fluids to the environment and its harm to human, their use is subject to increasingly restricted. While it is a development trends for the green healthy processing technology. Based on analyzing the current status both at home and abroad and traits of the green healthy processing technology, the systematic study on the technology of cool-air with minority quantity oil is given in this dissertation.Combined refrigeration technology with manufacture technology, the dry air of -10℃~-40℃which was used in experiment was acquired. While the cooling and lubricating performance and the characteristic and mechanism of cool-air on improving the produce quality were analyzed.Focus on the cool-air experiments that were made at home, a kind of cooling style which combined inner with outer cooling to stock and tool was put forward. and the cutting tool was designed properly to achieve inner cooling effect.Through the contrast experiments that adopt four different kinds of machine ways—cool-air with MQL cutting ,oil cutting, dry cutting and cool-air cutting to hard-cutting materials, it indicated that cool-air with MQL cutting way had reduced the face plasticity of tool and cutting temperature, so the back face wear of tool was reduced and tool life was increased. Cool-air can reduce material plasticity and improve the effect for chips outflow. Cool-air ejection stream can restrain built-up edge and effectively and reduce the roughness of working surface so that the cutting quality is improved. Compared with the traditional processing method, the cost of cool-air are much lower and less polluted to environment as well as bear virtually no harm to workers.Applying the cool-air eject stream technology can reduce the cutting zone's temperature and wear of cutting tool, strengthen the cutting chips effects, improve the processing quality. It has large space to develop as a clean and efficient cutting way. On the whole it is an effective green manufacturing technology. |
