The industrial wastewater containing copper ions is a special category of environmental pollution. For heavy metals are unable to degradation and prone to combine with various bodies and strengthen their transfer capacity, which contributed to plants absorbing and biological enlarging role, thereby endangering human health through the food chain. Therefore, in recent years, copper contamination has become a global environmental concern and be a priority of the monitoring of environmental pollutants.Waste water contains copper mainly concentrated in the electronics and chemical industries. Current research has been focused on the study of wastewater of the electronics industry; such handling technology is more mature. The copper salt is the catalyst essential to the production of saccharin sodium, which brings the high-copper and high-acid wastewater in the catalysis section. The wastewater is treated together with the compositive sewage, but the copper in the wastewater not only cause great impact to the whole treatment process, but also it cause a waste of resources and bring the twice environmental pollution. So this text take the high-copper and high-acid wastewater produced in the saccharin sodium production process as the study object, present a multi-tiered level of ecological engineering wastewater treatment line, with the aim of achieving the maximum recovery of resources and dealt with the wastewater produced in saccharin sodium production process effectively, so promoting the cleaner production processes of the saccharin sodium production. In the course of experiment, first take the copper recovery and copper purity as the main control indicators for exploring the impacts of aeration, temperature and add quantity and way of sacrifice metal to the copper ions, acidity and CODcr in wastewater...
