This essay will have a deep research on the impact factors of formaldehyde emission, the bend strength and the bond strength, namely, surface board species veneers, the thickness of surface board, and the thickness of core board. With choosing the certain production technology, resin adhesive and the resin content to change some index such as the blockboard's surface board species veneers, the thickness of surface board, and the thickness of core board. It will mensurate the bend strength and the bond strength, and make a analysis on the impact factors for the bend strength and the bond strength in the lab conditions. At last, this essay will discuss the inner relationship between these factors and blockboard. Meanwhile, it has summarized the development status quo of blockboard in China.The study results show that: (1)different surface layer board, and the thickness of core board have the different impact on the end strength and the bond strength.(2)take the Acajou as the surface layer board, 0.2 mm and 0.25 mm ,0.3 mm and 0.4 mm thickness surface layer board have a little difference on the end strength(3)on the same thickness, the blockboard with Okoume as the surface board is better than Acajou.(4)as the surface board to the blockboard, the Okoume's bond strength is better than the Acajou's. (5) take the 0.3 mm Acajou as the surface layer board, and the 1.3mm,1.5mm,1.6mm & 1.7mm Populus simonii Carr. as the core board, the 1.6 mm core board has the biggest end strength; (6) on the same thickness, the bond strength of blockboard with Okoume as the surface board is better than Acajou.
