The concept of super thermal insulation material originates from early the nineties of the 20th century. The American learner of Hunt. A. J. fistly proposed the concept of super thermal insulation material in the international engineering meeting in 1992.Nanopore super thermal insulation material has been Silica aerogel as vector of nanopore in home and abroad so far.Now, the preparation of aerogels are almost prepared from expensive TMOS and TEOS in home and abroad;Its cost is very high because its supercritical drying which has equipment corrosion,higher energy consume and complex technical requirements.The preparation of silica aerogel with ambient drying is made from more Organosilane compound.But the preparation of silica aerogel is seldom mentioned with water glass as precursor and ambient drying.According to the research status in home and abroad, The hydrophobic aerogel with low density have been made by sol-gel technique using low-cost waterglass,diatilled water solvent.nano FB reinforcing material, the anhydrous alcohol of small surface tension to replace water of big surface tension in the pores, surface hydrophobic treatment with organo-silicone waterproofing agent.This method has not only reinforced its mechanical property but also solved its shrinkage,crackand collapse in ambient drying.Meantime,this method can simplify the techniques, decrease the costs and distribute the advantage of nano structure materials.This thesis have researched the preparion method, mechanism, and the effect of water dosage and FB dosage on silica aerogel, it makes an elementary probe into FB's dispersibility and ambient drying.The silica aerogel at ambient drying has a typical aerogels structure.The pore diameter ,the densities and thermal corductivity are in the range of 0~ 100nm and 0.010 W/ (m·K)~0.030 W/ (m·K),respectively. the density is 0.33g/cm~3 .The brittle of aerogel were improved obviously, The compression strength and bending strength get to 2.2MPa and 22.5KN, respectively; The aerogel has good hydrophobic property after surface hydrophobic treatment with organo-silicone waterproofing agent.The... |
