Natural essence is the typical kind of mixture of organic compounds which existed in the natural aromatic planes. The method of supercritical CO2 extraction is one of the important methods for separation and refine of natural essence. Based on the retrieval and analysis of the Bibliographer, the methods of water-disitillation extraction, sametime-disitillation extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction for the extraction of three typical kinds of natural substances in Zhejiang Province were evaluated experimentally. The processes for extraction of Forutunella Essence, Magnolia Denudate Desr Oil, Lentinus Edode Flavor were studied, especially for the process of supercritical CO2 extraction.The process of supercritical CO2 extraction of Forutunella Essence was optimized experimentally. The optimal operation conditions were selected as follows: extraction stress 20Mpa, extraction temperature 35°C, separation stress 5.0Mpa, separation temperature 20°C, extraction timer 90min, CO2...
