The hard brittleness materials such as glass, ceramics and ferrite etc. are basic materials for micro electricity & machine system, photoelectron, optics components and the medical treatment apparatus etc.Demand for these materials with high hardness, high brittleness and high melting point to be processed with small drawings, tiny eclipse engrave, drilled with tiny holes, such precisely micro processes just increase continuously.Currently, the traditional heat process, the chemistry process and the machine processing technology, such as chemical decay, laser process, electron beam process, electricity spark process and electrochemistry process etc., all of them can't well meet the demand of efficiency, accuracy and quality (include the static electricity control) when these materials are precisely micro processed. Moreover, there are lots of limitations to these processing technologies when processing new materials (ceramics, optical glass and the compound materials).We can use the impact cracking mechanism of the hard brittleness to describe glass's impact cracking processes in MAJM. Abradants have big impact forces to glass's structure under high-speed air flow, they make the micro cracks extend or lead to new cracks, they finally extend to large macroscopic cracks, then the glass break to pieces.On the basis of the research results of the topic group, this thesis studies micro abrasive jet machine and its processing craft research. Detailed experiments are done, the influence on result and efficiency of the factors, such as jet pressure, jet flux, jet time, jet distance, jet angle, nozzle type and abrasive type etc.This text mainly studied the effect of micro abrasive jet processing craft when machining hard brittleness materials. The results indicate that jet distance and jet pressure influence mostly when processing glass. Too large jet distance or too low jet pressure will reduce processing quality and efficiency. The...
