| The booming development and production automation in ceramic tile industry require the improvement of online inspection techniques. In this thesis, at first the importance of ceramic tile online inspection was summarized, and then the techniques of ceramic tile online inspection were studied based on general study on planness inspection. After that, the principle of ceramic tile planness online inspection and real time data pretreatment were introduced and the overall project of the planness online inspection system was designed, as well; To realize this system, some key mechanical structures were designed in details, and the software system for data acquisition and processing based on industrial computer was developed; At last, the performances of the inspection system were presented through experiments.Main points of this thesis are provided as follow:In Chapter 1, the importance of ceramic tile planness online inspection was summarized and general methods of planness inspection in industrial fields were studied. Also the modern ceramic tile planness online inspection techniques were introduced in this chapter.In Chapter 2, the acquiring method of depth information on the surface of ceramic tile, laser trigonometry, which was used in the ceramic tile planness online inspection, was elaborated. And the planness online inspection method was thoroughly discussed and studied, based on both China National Standards for Ceramic Tile Planness inspection and the criteria of tile industry. In the rest of this chapter, the inspection principle was brought forward in details and the techniques of real time data acquisition and pretreatment including 3 σ principle and technique for single-sensor data fusion were put forward.In Chapter 3, the ceramic tile planness online inspection system was designed based on the study in chapter 2. Some vital units were chosen including sensors, the data acquisition card and so on, and then the key mechanism was designed, such as the mechanical structure to ensure the ceramic tile in the exact position and the special conveyer belt.In Chapter 4, after discussing the function requirement of the ceramic tile planness online inspection system, the software framework of the system was put forward, and the real time data acquisition and processing system was designed based on the Windows accurate timing techniques and the multi-thread techniques.In Chapter 5, the feasibility of the ceramic tile planness online inspection system and the efficiency of the mechanical structures and software were verified through some experiments.In Chapter 6, the conclusion is made and the prospect of the future improvement is also given. |
