Laser Crystal materials are widely used in laser ranging, precise position, medical treatment, labeling, cutting, welding, carving and biological transgene, ect.Fields, with a braod market prospect.As Laser Crystal material, CZ method is always its production method. Because of the Laser Crystal growth is less than a centimeter per hour, so it will take a week even a month to product crystal with this method. The tradiational data acquisition and analysis are completed by hand, obviously, there are too much factor could affect the crystal growth quality,such as low efficiency,largen strength of work,interfering of human factor,low analysis accuracy,so it is necessary to find other measure with more effective .This paper is based on the present status of crystal growth in crystal production plant,and comblined practical situation on spot.Designing of the data acquisition system of the laser crystal growth furnace is studied successfully.In this system, the data of effecting crystal growth could be acquired and analysed really-time,it ensure the quality of crystal growth.The main characteristic of the acquisition system:(1) Acquisition system considerats several main parameters of crystal growth, including 13 conditioning devices and an industrial controlling computer, acquiring data rapidly, updating really-time, managing integrately running state of devices and real-time data, reflecting real-time running state of devices on spot,inquirying the collected data in detail.The system will supply strengthed sciences basis,which is...
