Today, the full speed development of science and technology is unprecedented. We find that the whole earth environment mankind depend on for existence can't bear the heavy load more and more. Among the varied environment problems, the water resource problem is undoubtedly the most severe environment problem nowadays and even in the future that the mankind face. Therefore, it is important that photocatalytic oxidation be developed.Advanced Oxidation Technology is a new waste water treatment technology, including photocatalytic oxidation, H2O2 oxidation, compound advanced oxidation technology, whose virtues are high treatment efficiency, simple technical equipment, operating controlling easily, degradation organics pollution. My thesis chose WO3 and Bi2O3 as photocatalyst. Through single factors and orthogonal experiments, addition H2O2, dosages of catalyst, inorganic negative ions and organic substances were investigated in detail. The above-describe influence factors were further studied in treating and printing wastewater by orthogonal experiments on the basis of mono-factor test. The optimization of printing and dyeing wastewater photocatalysis were determined. Under the condition, the result of decoloring is 96.6% and 89.67%.To prove the activity of the photocatalyst, I experimented a lot of methods such as adding metal ions, making nanometer photocatalyst, calcining the photocatalyst and so on.The kinetics of photocatalytic oxidation reaction for methylene blue was studied. The results showed that the reaction was first-order and the velocity of reaction can be described by Langmuir-Hinshelwood (L-H) equation.Through dealing with the rhodamine B and Chrysosphenine G, the removal rates of COD were good. So the photocatalysis technology has a light foreground.
