The continuous annealing furnace is one of the most important instruments in deep drawing automobile sheets product line in Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation 1550 Tandem Cold Rolling. The function of this furnace is to manufacture normal products, based on the setting strip temperature. It includes seven processes those are preheating, radiant tube heating, radiant tube soaking, gas jet cooling, rolls cooling, overage, and final cooling.In technology, the outlet temperature of radiant tube heating in furnace is very important. In this thesis the strip temperature model is the strip temperature model of heating zone, and the strip temperature models of other zones aren't considered.Because the continuous annealing furnace is a nonlinear, time-varying, coupling with multi-variable, time-lagged control object, it is very difficult to build an exact mathematic model.
