Considerable oil was stored in the low permeability reservoir. The exploration and exploitation of the low reservoirs has a wide prospect in China, it is important to enhance the recovery efficiently for developing oil industry and releasing short supply of energy resources.Development of the low permeability oilfield requires correctly recognizing the reservoir characterization and rule of filtration, setting the reasonably development plan correctly. There also are a series of problems which are different from that in the medium-high water content phase of the oil field in the low permeability oilfield development.Through the existence of the Non-Darcy porous flow,The paper pays stress on rule of porous flow in the homogeneous isotropic media with low permeability and how start-up pressure gradient affect well productivity. Base on the Non-Darcy porous flow indoor experiments,according to kinematics'equation to the Non-Darcy porous flow in the low permeability reservoir,the method to ascertain the critical condition of Non-Darcy porous flow is achieved,and verify the existence of start-up pressure gradient of the reservoir with low permeability in theory.Secondly, application of the Non-Darcy porous flow theory in reservoir engineering is analyzed. Ascertain of proper well network, evaluation of the deliverability and producing extent of the reservoir are achieved by using porous flow theory. Numerical simulation and analytical simulation are comparison analysis under the different case in which Non-Darcy porous flow arise, such as infinitely formation, closed boundary formation, edge water displacement formation, Results show better coherence. The affection which is arouse by pressure characteristics conterminous variation rule and start-up pressure gradient are also analyzed in Non-steady state. At last, the paper calculates output error and accumulative error that base on oil field datum to analyze start-up pressure gradients affecting oil well production. Results indicate that the more start-up pressure gradients, the more affection degree.
