The Research Of Constructing The System Of The Habitats' Life Rubbish Classfiction In Hefei Under Cycling Economy

Classification of the life rubbish is widely used in western countries. It has gotten good economical and social effects. This paper researches the classification and management of Hefei habitants' rubbish under the background of recycling economy, so it has realistic significance.The article explores the significance of the life rubbish classification of city habitant, and analyzes the present situation of domestic and abroad, the managing system of Hefei Habitant's life rubbish and its problem in existence. On the basis of sampling, this article analyzes Hefei people's consciousness and behaviour about environmental protection, pointing out the main problems. In the end, it discusses the policy for the classification of Hefei habitants' life rubbish under cycling economy from the respect of strengthening habitant's consciousness of environmental protection, improving the law construction, effective running and managing and the governmental attention and payment. In the meantime, it puts forward its own opinion about the problem of constructing process of Hefei habitants' life rubbish classification.
