Everything is composed of a variety of small particles in the world. The detailed analysis of particle's movement and force status can promote our understanding the essences of the matter,But the premise step is to separate the particles. Today there are any kinds of particles separation technology. The Gravitational field flow fractionation method advanced by Dr.J.C.Giddings with low cost,simple, easily assembled, high efficiency,wide application,non-destructive to the component of separation Etc.which caused widely concern among governments and researchers.Research in this area is just the initial stage in china. Considerable preparations of experimental program and theoretical basis are needed imminently. This paper can provide theoretical guidance for researcher studying field flow fractionation technology in china. Experiment data of this thesis will be contribute to the development of related products on market such as biological polymer chip by the field flow fractionation.In the ideal condition , the simulation of various key factors which influence gravitational field flow fractionation was done . These influence factors including velocity and dynamic viscosity of the elution carrier, the initial location of the particle ,the form of Gravitational field flow fractionation channel , space angle of gravitational field flow fractionation channel and intensity of gravity.The simulation results show that other factors remain unchanged,increasing the velocity and dynamic viscosity of elution carrier , lowering the intensity of gravitational field and reducing the cross area...
