How to degrade the contamination such as lignin with high concentration and maintain a high biology quantity in a biologic waste water disposal equipment is one of the tasks all along for people to study on. And immobile microbe cell becomes the hotspot to deal with all kinds of organic liquid waste. Recently, the white rot fungi, having favorable ability of degrading lignin and unique degradation mechanism, had become the pattern fungus to manage various waste water by biology method. In this study, adsorbing powder active carbon, sodium alginate and chitosan, two usual sixpenny macromolecule immobility materials, with excellent biocompatibity, were used to form the Sodium alginate-Chitosan -powder Active cabon (SA-CA-PAC) micro-capsule by interface complexation. Then used it to fixup white rot fungi that was good at degrading lignin. On the one hand, it was a betterment of Sodium alginate-Chitosan microcapsule, the double component system in common use, because it overcomed the double one's localization and controlled the microcapsule's performance in many aspects to adapt to the circumstance. On the other hand, it offered an attempt for immobile microbe cell to disposal organic liquid waste by integrating physics adsorption and chemistry embedment. The preparation of Sodium alginate-Chitosan-Active cabon (SA-CA-PAC) mic -rocapsule was studied. First, reviewed several factors such as the concentration of sodium alginate and calcium chloride, reaction time and reaction temperature to obtain the strongest calcium alginate gelatin beads. Second, studied on the the SA-CA -PAC microcapsule which was affected by concentration of chitosan, reaction time, membrane formed time and liquefy time of the two polymers, volume ratio of calcium alginate gelatin beads and chitosan, and balk salt ionic concentration, etc. And then, based on above investigations, found the effects of important parameters in preparation when activate charcoal have been added in, on the characteristics, such as the diameters, the expansion and the mechanical strength, of SA-CA-PAC microcapsule. The result was that when the reaction temperature was 30℃, the concentration of sodium alginate, in which 0.75%(W/V) activate charcoal had been added, was 2.0%,...
