In process of water treatment, the static mixer is more and more important with the beginning of coacervation. In this text, we used the Computational Fluid Dynamics software -FLUENT to simulate the flow field and liquid-liquid two phase flow mix of the tubular static mixer with rows of tabs. Then the results of the numerical simulations were analyzed.In the text, the turbulent kinetic energy and the speed steps of the the tubular static mixer with rows of tabs are variational, we know that the tabs back to the flow is better than tabs toward the the flow. We know that the optimum tab structure is long tabs. The small tabs and the big tabs are inferior in the turbulent kinetic energy and the pressure decline. By the velocity vector, we know there are two vortices between long tabs, which show that the tubular static mixer with rows of long tabs better for mix. We choose the optimum inside velocity at 0.8~1.2m/s of the tubular static mixer with rows of tabs in the process of water treatment.In the text, injecting of medicament had two different quomodos in the liquid-liquid two phase flow mix. The simulation shows that the optimum slant degree is 60. The medicament diffused from the axis to side wall in the section, and mix in the outflow.Moreover, we simulate the experiment on a round turbulent buoyant jet in a cross flow by Eulerian model, and we know the results are same. Analytical results show that the experiment is believable and can be used as the demonstration of the numerical simulations.Finally, combine the advantage what various static mixer to optimize the tubular static mixer with rows of tabs. We simulate the optimized static mixer. The results show that the optimized static mixer is better than the primary static mixer.
