The Study Of Developing Trend On Economy And Technology In Environment-friendly Society

The development of science and technology promotes the rising of economy hugely and has led to the increasingly growth of material wealth and spiritual values of human being. But with the malignant inflation of human's substance appetency and the eyeless hankering for economic targets, all kinds of resources are lavished and the eco-environment which human depends on and lives in necessary is destroyed severely, such as environmental degradation and resource depletion and so on. Human survival and development have suffered from serious threat and internal conflicts of society have been intensified which have hindered the harmonious development of society.The seriousness of environment problem, faced by mankind, has forced us to look closely again the relation between man and nature, reflect on our viewpoint towards nature, seeking good way to resolve ecological environment problem in theorical layer. In 1992, U.N. convened a conference on environment and development at the capital of Brazil. It brought forward″agenda on 21 century″and a viewpoint:″environment–friendly″. Subsequently, the Central Committee of CPC and State Council for the first time identified environment–friendly type of building society as China's national economy and social development of a strategic long-term planning in the sixteenth fifth plenum. The environment–friendly society is covered by environment–friendly economy and environment–friendly technology. Their development trends are cycle economy and ecological technology respectively. We should construct a environment–friendly society on the base of these, realizing a three–organic unity of the best benefits, the best eco–efficiency and the social optimum. The study from the following six aspects of the problem:The preface mainly analyzes the background and research signification of the issue and illustrates the research actuality of the issue both at home and abroad.The second chapter indicates that environment–friendly society is high overall described for the relationship between the social economy system and ecological environment system. It is consistent with the concept of sustainable development and the development indicators of China's socialist. Therefore environment–friendly society is a new era of strategic objective and an inevitable choice for China's social development.The third chapter indicates that cycle economy is a social development component of environment-friendly economic model on the basic research of China's economic development. To develop the cycle economy of Chinese characteristics, we must abide the basic principles and operational models for effective ways. We construct environment–friendly society on the base of them.
