This paper studied the influence of various stuff of BMC and process parameter of pressure moulding on the mechanical property of BMC and discussed the influence of various stuff of BMC on the flowing property of BMC. The results show that it must have enough press during molding that BMC has better mechanical property. When mixture time becomes longer, it will damnify glass fiber (GF) and then reduced the mechanical property of BMC. The length of GF in BMC should have a moderate scale (3mm), too long will affect the mechanical property of BMC, and moreover, GF content in BMC should have an optical value. If the percent of GF is low, the inside of BMC would have part defect. If it is high, it will affect the interface between GF and polymer matrix, which results in the loss of the mechanical property of BMC. Pressure moulding temperature and the composition (GF content, the length of GF, the particle size of filler and the content of MgO) of BMC have a more or less effect on originality viscosity of BMC and conjunct flow of GF/matrix, then results in the diffence of the distribution of GF in BMC. The originality viscosity of BMC decreases with increasing temperature and the particle size of filler and increases with increasing GF content, the content of MgO and the length of GF. When resin thickens without MgO, the originality viscosity of BMC is low and the matrix is hard to flow together with GF, which is uniform of the distribution of GF, then the fluidity of BMC is bad. But when resin thickens with MgO they are all reversed and the optimal content of MgO is 1.0%wt.Optimal ratio is determined by cross-over experiment. UPR account for 30 shares, the mass ratio of GF/filler is 30/40, the mass percent of MgO/resin is 1.0%wt, the length of GF is 3mm, the particle size of filler is 30 meshes, and the mixing time of GF in Z-kneader is 10 min.The surface tension of GF that is treated by silane coupling agents decreases sharply.
