Fluorocarbon surfactant is one of the most important surfactants. And it is usually generalized for "three high" and "two hatres", namely high surface activity, high heat-proof stability, high chemistry stability, hydrophobic property and hydrophilic property. These special capabilities of the fluorocarbon surfactant make it applied widely. Especially in some special applied fields, fluorocarbon surfactant has the function that other surfactrants can not substitute.As a member of fluorocarbon surfactant family, fluorocarbon amphoteric phosphate surfactant which has a peculiar molecule structure, is a novel and efficient surfactant system. It would take on higher surface activity and more extensive purposes. Presently, the research about fluorocarbon amphoteric phosphate surfactant is seldom reported in Chinese literatures. Therefore, it is much significative to do some research in this special fluorocarbon surfactant. In this paper , two fluorocarbon amphoteric phosphate surfactants were synthesized and their performances were determined.Work in detail was as follows.Mono-fluorocarbon group amphoteric phosphate surfactant, MFAP, was prepared. Firstly, 2-oxy-3-chloropyl phosphate was synthesized by the opening ring reaction of epoxy chloropropane with sodium dihydrogen phosphate. To comfirm its structure, IR spectrum was taken. Secondly, N-[3-dimethylamido-propyl] perfluorooctane sulfonamide was synthesized by perfluorooctanesulfonyl fluoride and N,N- dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine. After purifying, the buff solid product was analyzed and it was confirmed by IR. Lastly, MFAP was synthesized through quaternization reaction by N-[3-dimethylamido-propyl] perfluorooctanesulfonamide and 2-oxy-3- chloropyl phosphate, and the reaction condition was established. The structure of MFAP was also confirmed by analyzing the IR spectrum.Fluorocarbon gemini amphoteric phosphate surfactant, FGAP, was prepared.
