Triazole fungicides, such as myclobutanil, difenoconazole and propiconazole, which are widely used, are very important in agricultural development and are mainly used in controlling powdery mildew, scab, rust and so on. Today the formulation of myclobutanil and propiconazole are nearly emulsifiable concentrate, which does not conform to the request of agricultural development and environment protection. Preparation, formulation of production criteria and fields experiment of myclobutanil, difenoconazole and propiconazole microemulsions were studied in the paper.1.Organic acids screened from many kinds of solvent system was been as main solvent of three triazole technical materials, which has many merits such as high solubility, low price, stable to technical material and easy purchase. Three kinds of triazole microemulsions with high content were prepared based on organic acids. The projects were first developed in China.2. Ordinary enamel rector can satisfy the production remand by scale-up test and the cost of microemulsions formula was obviously lower than that of emulsifiable concentrate through estimation of cost.3. The general indicators including heat-storage stability, cold-storage stability, dilution stability (20 times) and acidity were examined referring to related domestic standard; the result showed that three preparations conformed to the standard. Production standard of the preparations was also formulated in this paper.4. In addition, the field experiments showed that the efficacy of propiconazole microemulsions was much better than that of emulsifiable concentrate. The control efficacy of propiconazole microemulsions diluted 1000, 2000 and 4000 times were 84.69%,76.89%,68.36% respectively.
