In the practical productive engineering,there exist some process defects and difficulties in using the tungsten inert gas arc remelting technology,which has been attaching importance to the improvement of the surface hardness and wearablity of the iron-casting. the project coperated by Tongji University and SVW, the thesis puts forword the feasible optimai process scheme to improve the TIG welding of camshaft by the methods of computer simulation and temperature measurement,as well as the application of the basic thoeries of heat-conduct and material.In order to examine the role of heat-conduct thoery in analyzing the remelting hardening process, the thesis calculate the heat cycle curve of some characterised spots and the surface part thermal-distribution by using Matlab.With this software,the tendency of effection of main parameters to the changes of temperature is also obtained.All these research work are based on the temperature field numerical model of camshaft.Besides the research of computer simulation,the thesis also does the experiments of the actual temperature of both preheat stage and remelt cooling stage with the application of infrared thermometer. The technological mainpoints of real test, the calibration of temperature , the process of experiments are mainly discussed.Because of the strong Arc lighu the unfixed rotating work and other complicated spot conditions,the thesis deals with the remelt cooling data in two aspects: the one is to do the analyzation of the rate of cooling emperature,the other is to make the trace back of the temperature data,by which way the approximate value of remelt hardening can be calculated.It also provide a new method for the further reasearch of TIG remelting.On the basis of the results of computer simulation and the real test of remelt temperature,the thesis does the further clarification of such main technological parametes as arc current ,remelting rate and the relationship between themslves and the depth&width of molten-bath.Besides,the mechanical property and hardening...
