Research On Acute Toxicity Of Spilling Oils To Photobacterium Phosphoreum T,spp And Artemia

The increasing petroleum transports amounts and the boat carrying capacity at the sea has lead to more and more oil accident ,which has affected the marine eco-environment gravely. It is necessary to study the acute toxicity of oil to evaluateoil pollution's damage to the sea fishery and the marine organisms.This paper selects Maritime diesel oil and Maritime fuel oil as oil samples used in experiments, adopts the standard method of ASTM(American Society for Testing and Materials) to prepare disperse solution and emulsion solution of oil, and carries out acute toxicity research on Photobacterium phosphoreum T, spp and Artemia. The EC₅₀ value which is the disperse solution of Maritime diesel oil and Maritime fuel oil to the Photobacterium phosphoreum T, spp is 10.13, 27.29mg/L,and the no-effect-maximum concentration is 0.53,1.05mg/L. The LC₅₀ value which is the disperse solution of Maritime diesel oil and Maritime fuel oil to the Artemia is 10.63, 32.21 mg/L respectively.In order to get the toxicity effect being put into use dispersants in oil spill accident, this paper also studys the acute toxicity of oil emulsion solution to Photobacterium phosphoreum T, spp and Artemia. The 20min-EC₅₀ value which is the emulsion solution of Maritime diesel oil and Maritime fuel oil to the Photobacterium phosphoreum T, spp is 4.33,16.83mg/L,and the no-effect-maximum concentration is 0.34,0.85mg/L. The LC₅₀ value which is the emulsion solution of Maritime diesel oil and Maritime fuel oil to the Artemia is 7.01,20.29mg/L respectively.
