The proven but untapped geological reserve is about 6.5×108t in the Peripheral Daqing Oil Field. Among them, 1.88×108t geological reserve is in two series of strata, which mainly separated in the cascade area of Zhao Zhou Oil field Pu Tao Hua and Fu YU layers to the east of placanticline, and in the cascade area of Long Hu Pao Oil field Sa Er Tu and Gao Tai Zi layers to the west of placanticline, which has major difference in property of reservoir and span is long. Tthere is no/low economic benefit to stand alone development for these layers under the condition of present economy and technique. If we take two series of strata as one, the reservoir figures will increase and will gain considerable economic.With exploitation under water-flooding, the problem of inter-zone interferences became more and more severity by using one well net to produce two series of strata. We can get a conclusion that we should eliminate the inter-zone interferences to bring all reservoirs to play action during producing two series of strata, which has major difference in property of reservoir and span is long. The best way is using separate-layer production technique.In order to get good economic effect of development, we should improve in technology of separate-layer production, separate-layer testing, separate-layer metering. We designed separate stratum oil production string by confirm reasoning producing pressure differential between two layers, so as to reduce or eliminate inter-zone interferences to bring all reservoirs to play action. We settled separate-layer testing and separate-layer metering in separate-layer commingled production well by using memory pressure gauge,descending cable transform pressure single,build-up of fluid metering. We perfected the technique of separate-layer commingled production, and also afford useful technology for long span and two series of strata.Though this research, we got conclusion: Separate-layer commingled production can reduce or eliminate inter-zone interferences and bring all reservoirs to play action, so as to improve degree of reserve. Offering accordance of designing separate stratum oil production string, which is the base of ensuring the effect of separate-layer production. The technique of producing long span and two series of strata can satisfy the need of exploitation two series of strata.
