The membrane technology has been widely used in the water treatment industry. There are many researches and experiments about the usage of the membrane technology in different situations.The three steps of the membrane fouling were confirmed through the experiment in the waste water treatment plant at the BEI JING ZHONG ZHI Bureau. The factors which can influence the fouling rapid were found out. The influences to the fouling progress by the different relaxations and working fluxes were analyzed. And the cleaning effect of the different chemical medicine was validated. The results showed that a proper relaxation could put off the fouling rapid, it was the best condition when the relaxation was 2.2%, the larger working flux might advance the working efficiency, but it would cut down the working life of the membrane. To the different raw water, different chemical medicine and treatment should be used.Focus on the MCR, the ability of treating the water which came from the Luan River was confirmed.The water quality was checked everyday, and the result showed that the quality of the treated water could accord with the National Water Quality Standard. The turbity was always under 0.1 NTU, the CODMn was under 3mg/L, pH was 7.9-8.2. The quality was steady when the quality of the raw water fluctuated.The flux and the TMP were surveyed also, and the membrane could work well when the temperature was low. The unit flux was always 20L/m2 ? h, it proved that the MCR technology was good at security and stability.
