The forging pump press is profession heavy duty machinery equipment in the machine manufacture, is one of symbols that weighs a country machine manufacture level and ability. As the hydraulic press essential spare part, inlet valve and the draw-off valve's design rationality and the scientific is relate to mention of the hydraulic press overall performance. The design and manufacture of our country forging pump press has experienced the process which the study, imitates unceasingly improving. At present, the hydraulic press spare part's design also depends on the old procedure which lacks the theory instruction, can't satisfy the use the contemporary large-scale hydraulic press, therefore, from the water power angle, studying on interior flow analysis of the water press's inlet and draw off valve, specially to the research on flow field of the heavy-caliber special-purpose valve, has the important theory significance and the practical value.This paper takes the current commonly used hydraulic press inlet valve and the draw-off valve as the main research object, established its mathematical model, based on the finite element theory, has conducted the internal flow field value simulator study to the inlet valve and the draw-off valve using CFD software, confirmed the feasibility carrying on the value simulation to hydraulic press spare part using CFD software, has laid the foundation for this type research.Through to the simulation analysis to inlet valve and the draw-off valve interior flow field, we know, the structure of diversion pore of inlet valve commonly used at present is unreasonable, is easy to have the cavitation, affects its service life, and has bigger range of outlet velocity's variation, is disadvantageous is stable to the system. The valve structure is optimized to meet the need, which makes it have such advantages: Smaller vortex area and faintish vortex intensity, so the vibration of vortex is controlled efectively. The pressureis distributed more equality, the transition area is larger. The local stress state is improved because of the valve bearing more equable, and the valve is more secure. The lowest absolute pressure is higher than water vaporizable pressure, so no vibration generated by cavitations.After the optimized improvement the tilt angle of diversion pore, the internal pressure of valve even distribution, the outlet velocity change to relax, the performance is improved.
