As a new environment impact assessment technique and method system, Life Cycle Assessment can be applied to the whole life cycle of urban Wastewater treatment plant. Consider the resource consumption, energy consumption and entironment impact in all stages of Wastewater treatment plant, from the exploitation of natural resource and the acquision of raw materials to construction, treatment and the disposal. Analysize all the problems and quantify them. At the base of that I get the consummate analysis.Recently, the assessment of urban Wastewater treatment and reuse engineering is mostly traditional technology economical and environmental impact assessment method. It emphasizes particularly on the technics performance and energy consumption analysis; it can't get the comprehensive conclusion of the technics in the whole life cycle. For the moment, the method that applied to assess the Wastewater treatment and terminal pollution environment assessment method can't bring forward all kinds of environment impact inventory. Consequently, it is unable to make the decision and estimation based on the inventory data correspondingly.The paper put forward a LCA model of urban Wastewater treatment and reuses engineering based on the technique transit and study status quo and conceived the LCA system of urban Wastewater treatment and reuses engineering. On the grounding of study goal and scoping and the attainability and reality of datas, the paper put the life cycle of urban Wastewater treatment and reuses engineering to three stages, cluding construct, performance and backout. In environment impact assessment, the paper established four systems of global warming, acidificed atmosphere, eutrophication and hydrophily toxicity to consider the global, region and local environment impact. We can get the environment impact potential of different types and the whole potential by classifying, characterizing and quantifying the inventory data. Then identify the contribution of one environment impact type in different stage.The assessment is in the whole life cycle of urban Wastewater treatment and reuse engineering. Quantify the environment impact in every stage. Apply environment load method in the quantification and analytic hiberarchy process in the model analysis. Finally, find out the measure and suggestions to reduce and eliminate some impact in order to decision-making for the operator.
