Based on the Xi'an carbon aerosol density monitor value in 2004, in 2005 spring in PM2.5 and the PM10, the correlation analysis of the gas carbon aerosol change characteristic and the meteorological factor influence in the spring is made, the origin of the Xi'an carbon aerosol is discussed, and the pollution preventing and control is proposed in paper.The analysis of the carbon aerosol concentration emission in Xi'an spring show: that OC and EC content was still quite high though the carbon aerosol density in 2005 is much lower than in 2004; that the high OC/EC value reflected much more OC produced in the secondary reaction; that the good correlation between the density of OC and EC demonstrated the origin of them is vehicle exhaust and burning in early spring; that OC hold the very great proportion of TC, achieved equally 77%, in aday; that EC of high proportion time interval mainly appears in night; that the OC/EC value changes greatly and it is higher in the day time than in night; that the non-heating time TC density drops about 10% compared to the heating time.The carbon aerosol density is closed with the metrorological factor. The correlation coefficient between the carbon aerosol density and humidity factor is above -0.950. The humidity factor, achieved to 39%-50%, is the leading factor affecting the carbon aerosol density in the air. The carbon aerosol density assumes the good inverse correlation characteristic with the wind speed factor, and the higher wind speed, the better relevance. The temperature is higher and the carbon aerosol density, specially the OC density, is actually lower, which displays the OC density and the temperature relevance is good; The carbon aerosol density increases can cause the visibility depression, this is mainly because that the OC light scattering function and particles which adhere to light refraction, scattering and absorption influence.The good relevance between the TC density and the PM10 density reflects that thay have the more similar emissions source. High carbon aerosol density or low carbon aerosol density of typical date appears with the meteorological condition combination relations is analyzed and some pollution preventing and control measures about corbon aerosol are proposed.
