| In this paper, polyaniline/Fe2O3 nanocomposites, polyaniline/WO3 nanocomposites and polyaniline/ZnO nanocomposites were prepared by solid phase polymerization method when heterpolyacid (H4SiW12O40) and ammonium persulfate were regarded as doped and oxidizing agent. The structure of the PANI/oxide as-nanocomposites were characterized by IR, SEM, TEM, XRD. Futher more, the influencing facters such as the morphology of oxide and the quantity of oxide for PANI/oxide nanocomposites were studied. The main results were obtained as follows:1.Polyaniline/Fe2O3 nanocomposites was prepared by solide phase polymerization. The character results showed that the Fe2O3 was rather encapsulated by the PANI chains, and the highest yield was obtained when the molar of heterpolyacid and ammonium persulfate was 1:7. At the same time, we compared the influence of the quantity and the mophology of Fe2O3 for the morphology of PANI/ Fe2O3 nanocomposites and the conductivity difference of pure PANI and PANI/ Fe2O3.2.Polyaniline/WO3 nanocomposites was prepared by solide phase polymerization.
