With the requirement increasing in iron and steel works, the products of the oil used is lager and lager. But because of limited technologies and laggard management, a lager amount of the oil enters circulating water, forms the pollution. At present, there are many treatments of getting rid of industrial oily-wastewater, but their effects are limited. So, to develop high-efficient and practical become more and more important on water pollution.This study has compared the whole bag of tricks of the oily-wastewater treatments, considered the chemical treatment is a kind of good method, and composed a kind of compound flocculants. This program aims at searching a sort of high- efficient medicament and the best disposal technics for oily waste water in the process of steel rolling from WISCO. At the same time, aims at being afterwards related research work with this research to offer reference.Flocculants technology is a effective oily-wastewater treatment. The simple type of inorganic flocculants can't meet the demands of water treatment. High polymer flocculants appears and develops form single types to compound types flocculants, which make water treat receive much more improvement in efficiency. This is the basic of theory guiding principle. The compound oil-flocculants is a sort of high-efficient flocculants, which has the abilities of neutralizing electric-charge and bridging particulate mass.In this paper, firstly single experiment has been made, from these experiment raw materials and the factors which influenced the efficiency were found. Then the factors that have the impacts on chemical synthesis were discussed make use of orthogonal experiment. In time the optimal synthesis conditions were found, which is m(PAC):m(PFS):m(OR):m(AS)= 90: 6: 5: 5, mixing time: 1h, compound temperature: 80℃ to 90℃, pH: 4, mixing intensity: 60r/min, familiar time of melting: 12h.The best function conditions of the compound flocculants has been found ,then we have made a experiment which compared the oil-degreasing efficiency with compound oil-flocculants and special flocculants, when we used the same dosage 70mg/L, the oil-degreasing efficiency of compound oil-flocculants and special flocculants is 85.91% and 83.45%, the expense that every ton oil-waste water is dealed is 0.09yuan and 0.13yuan.
